Q: Why does my gold jewelry turn my skin green?

14kt and 18kt jewelry may turn your skin green because you are having an allergic reaction to the other metals that are mixed in with 14kt and 18kt gold. Gold is naturally a soft metal, and other metals are mixed in to make it stronger and more durable.
Q: If something is not in stock at your store, can it be ordered for me? How long will it take?

While we cannot give a blanket yes or no to this question, more often than not, if the product is featured in a catalog we have in our store, we can order it for you. Delivery depends on a number of factors including what specifically you need, what company we are ordering from and if it is currently in stock at the company.
Q: Why don’t you list specific model numbers and prices on your website?

A number of factors prevent us from listing our inventory online.
First, prices set by the manufacturer or prices dependant on the current price of gold may change. Second, our inventory changes as pieces are sold, and new shipments come in. It would be too large an undertaking to keep a listing of our stock on the internet.

Third, we are not limited to just what we have in our store. It would not be effective to carry an entire line of watches, for example. We may carry the most popular styles from a selected line, or the ones we would like to feature. Usually, any piece that we do not feature in our store from a brand name we can order for you.

Whenever you are interested in a specific piece, please fill out our feedback form and include as much information as you can, and one of our Computer Consultants or Sales Associates will get back to you as soon as we can.
